Helping the Woodruff School

The Woodruff School of Mechanical Engineering is honored to receive support from loyal alumni, faculty, staff, parents, and friends of Georgia Tech as well as from corporations and private foundations. In 1988, the Woodruff School was fortunate to receive our anchor gift made by George W. Woodruff, which named the School. This endowment along with approximately 37 other endowments and many generous annual contributions has provided a foundation upon which the Woodruff School has thrived. The significant increase in the School's enrollment over the last several years, particularly our undergraduate population, has created additional needs within the School. More faculty positions, classroom space, lab space, and programs are desperately needed. With your help, we can continue to provide an exceptional educational experience to all of our students. Please consider joining Mr. Woodruff and our other donors who have made an impact on our students. Contributors to the Woodruff School in the 2006-2007 academic year include individuals, corporations, and foundations at a variety of giving levels. For more information on how you can impact the Woodruff School with your support, please contact Tom Lawley ( e-mail) or call him at 404.385-8345. Thank you.
